If I could give zero stars to the pharmacy here I would. I’ve been yelled at by one of the pharmacists, they seem to think they know better than my doctor when it comes to my medication and they talk down to their customers and treat them horribly. I witnessed them just the other day not take responsibility for a mistake when it came to billing for another customer and wanted him to pay it out of pocket because it “wasn’t their mistake” but it wasn’t his mistake either and 2 of them ganged up on this customer and were smiling and laughing at the inconvenience and talking to him like he was stupid when he was calmly trying to explain that he shouldn’t be paying for someone else mistake. I go to this pharmacy out of the convenience of them being open until midnight, never again. I’ll be switching to another pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve encountered! After being told my prescription was ready, I arrived only to be told to wait another 45 minutes. When I finally reached the counter, the pharmacist was incredibly dismissive and rude.n​The staff completely mishandled my dual-insurance coverage, insisting on charging me for medications that are normally fully covered. I ended up transferring my prescription to Rexall, where I received polite, efficient service and my insurance was applied perfectly within minutes. My husband and I are transferring all our files, we will never be back!

I went in today as I received a product online that was not fulfilled properly. Shawn exchanged it happily, with no issues. Anytime I am in the store, Shawn is always friendly and professional. Very happy with my service today and every day at this location.

Ive been with this shoppers for roughly 2.5yrs now and I am so unbelievably thankful for them. Every single employee has always been extremely kind, patient and understanding with me. They have always gone above and beyond to accomodate my needs without question. I cannot thank them enough for how easy they have made things for me. Highly recommend them, you will be met with sweet, kind, patient people every single time.

I urgently needed a minor ailment prescription. The pharmacist went above and beyond and did a walk-in assessment and got the prescription ready right away! Very grateful to the pharmacy team!
