the girls are of course as helpful and friendly as ever - no complaints on service. but this new price point for the dispensing fee - not sure if it is a corporate decision or a local one - but if you charge MORE than the max that good plans cover, then that is in indication that your price is too high. I have already switched to a new pharmacy because I don't want to deal with the new fee. they have waived it every time, but why should they have to? Why not just lower the price and keep customers? more money is lost by a customer switching than you gain by having such a high dispensing fee.
I bought an electronic device believing it was the one my child needed. Turns out I got the wrong thing, so I went to return it and was told they don’t take returns on electronics? I have never heard of this before, no one ever told me it was final sale nor did my receipt say anything of the sort. Unfortunately now I’m stuck with a device we don’t need or want. I can’t say I’d recommend buying anything electronic from any shoppers if this is a policy.
Great place to get your prescriptions great pharmacist named Lou who assisted me in getting what I need for my prescription. He is an awesome pharmacist.!!!!!
New management is offensive and ignorant...nThe only helpful and kind staff is left over from the old ownership..I'm sure they will be driven out soon....looking for a new place....
The pharmacist was incredibly ignorant and demeaning to me after I had some concerns about my medication. Switching pharmacies if this is how I'm treated.
