Found 4 pairs of jeans in my size, that are NOT skinny jeans!!! In our area they only carry skinny jeans or ripped skinny jeans neither a good look for an overweight woman. The best part was they were on sale. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the store was in disarray and the line up at the registers was very long couple dozen customers and there were only 2 cashiers and no others were called up and the one was leaving to go home in 5 minutes when I was still 5 customers back.
Customer service is horrible.Went to the cash,I was next in line 2 cashiers on. The one cashier looked at me and looked away.At this point I was the only one in line. Then the manager came up and paid for and inspected a pair of shoes.What she didn't have to wait in line?Two other employees appeared they were all socializing totally ignoring us.Finally I said something the manager looked at me ,did not apoligize, then said for someone to help her. What ever happened to the customer comes first?? Sorry for the inconvenience I will consider shopping elsewhere.
I went in looking for a dressier pair of walking shorts with a leg length about 6-8 inches. There were a lot of heavier cargo style or flimsier unstructured shorts both with 10" leg lengths, but absolutely nothing comparable to the older Denver-Hayes Mark's Brand shorts I was looking to replace!!! Needless to say, I left without anything! Today was a totally different experience!!! Lots of stock... but I was looking for jeans! Found a great pair of Levi's at a buy 1 & get 50% off the 2nd pair added to using my Canadian Tire points, a $200+tax pair of jeans went out the door for $88!
Had a bad experience today at mark's. I asked an older lady who worked there for help She came across quite rude pointed at the sign as if I couldn't read and told me that's where they were at didn't bother asking my size ended up just walking out frustrated heading to Windsor to mark's to spend my hard earned money there.
I found at Mark's what I needed and in the right size. They still had some Christmas stuff left to pick from. Also I got to use my 15.00 off coupon for signing up.
Good quality products, reasonable prices. Could use more selection, no short sleeve dress shirts in stock.
This was a decent clothing store. I was able to find a pair of Columbia shoes for 70% off.
Excellent customer service. No hassle exchange on a defective coat with no receipt.
Got a new pair of boots for work and the nice young lady with the south Africa accent was so so much help and friendly services will buy more boots any day
Excellent selection, good prices and quality clothes. Very good service. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of parking and next to no line up at till. Don't forget to ask for a discount, they have many partners that will net you some kind of discount, such as ama, etc.
