Honestly, I think the pharmacy team could use either a hug or more staff to help out. Every time I go in for a prescription, assistance, or even just to ask a simple question, the response and attitude feel lacking. I understand that you're busy, short-staffed, or maybe just hungry, but a friendly smile and a quick, helpful response can make a big difference especially when it comes to inquires about infant and kids.

Amazing! Left home and was on my way to the airport when I realized I forgot one of my meds. Stopped in there, they called my local shoppers, got and filled the script immediately to get me back on the road. Exceptional service. Life savers for sure! This location used to be my pharmacy years ago when I lived in the area. They still give the same top notch service.

I got an email this morning saying that a prescription that I get regularly couldn't be filled and to call the store to find out why. I ended up speaking with the pharmacist named Amee from Shoppers Drug Mart Courtice. Right from the start she was condescending. She spent the call ARGUING with me about a prescription I've been taking for years. Telling me that what I always receive is in fact, not even close to what I always receive. As if I wouldn't know ‍. She was patronizing, rude, and dismissive and then she hung up on me! I know exactly where she was confused about the dose and method, but she was talking over me and doubling down that she was right, so I still have no idea what I'm going to get when I go to pick it up. It'll be like a really bad Christmas present I guess. I'm shocked and blindsided after what just took place and I cannot believe she's allowed to behave like that. I'm moving my script and never going back. I still can't believe it

Beverly A from the Beauty section was great! She was friendly and helped me find everything I needed. She also knew how to properly do my tax exempt card!

Worst service, pharmacists at this location won't call or doesn't help their customers with prescriptions if you get it from the emergency. Younger white girl with glasses and long blonde hair was very rude and was not willing to help. NO sympathy! GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOPPERS IF POSSIBLE
