Went in for a 2 day emergency supply of an SSRI after experiencing withdrawals and brain zaps due to running out without realizing how little I had left.nThis is not my home pharmacy it is the holiday weekend and they are closed, but I have filled here many times for the same SSRI.nThey have all history, allergies, and coverage on file.nPharmacist said it was against their policy to supply 2 days of a medication without a Rx. And to go the the hospital emergency room.nSo, Here I am, sitting in my car about to drive home with brain zaps and nausea and dizziness. Lets hope I dont actually have to go to the hospital for a real emergency!

Great experience with pharmacist. Dx me quickly and med was available right away. So blessed to have this 24hr location. I was in pain and couldn’t wait hours until other places were open. I also grabbed milk, the cashier was nice and friendly despite having to work the overnight.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this pharmacy. I had clearly requested a refill for my medication in advance and even received confirmation messages from them saying my prescription was ready for pickup at 8 AM. Based on that, I sent my husband later in the day around 4–5 PM to collect it.nnTo our surprise, they completely denied receiving any request and said the medication was not ready at all. This was extremely stressful because my medication is time-sensitive and must be taken exactly on schedule. This was also a medication that needs to be ordered in advance, and I could not simply find it urgently somewhere else.nnOn top of that, the staff showed no responsibility and made no effort to resolve the issue or help us in any way.nnThis level of miscommunication and lack of care is unacceptable, especially when it comes to important medication. I do NOT recommend this pharmacy at all. Very poor service.

I literally just came out of shoppers more upset than ever. I don’t normally write complaints, but I drove 22 minutes to this location for sanitary pads, as they are open 24 hours. I Walk-in and I have an associated female black hair telling me that I couldn’t go in a aisle cause it seemed like they had a company come in to clean the floors, which is fine I understand, but the tone she said it was very rude and it caught me and my partner off guard. she also didn’t offer any help Again, I need sanitary pads. It’s not like I’m here for ice cream or chocolate like this is a necessity for me at the moment so I tried finding another associate. I found a gentleman who was wonderful. He helped us and offered to grab the item in the back for us. He was fabulous, but the other girl was extremely rude. This location need to hire people that actually want to help their customers because this is ridiculous. I also believe she’s a manager so if she needs to go into further training, I understand because this was ridiculous if someone needed to get medicine and they deny the medicine right away, I wouldn’t even be shocked
