Went in for a presto pass monthly pass top up. Older guy with long hair is telling me me sons card is blocked. Go directly to shoppers down the street gets loaded no problem. If you dont want do your job quit.
I have used this pharmacy for about 18 years. I always appreciated the fact that it was 24 hours and really convenient, especially with young kids.nThe last year or so has been terrible. I'm constantly getting notifications that prescriptions are ready for pick up. When I go to get them, there's nothing there. When there are no repeats and I'm told my doctor will be contacted for a repeat, it doesn't happen.nThere is also one younger female who works at the pharmacy counter who is completely disinterested in listening, has tried to tell me that I can't wait for the prescriptions that aren't ready even though I got the notification saying they were and I need them, and has sent incorrect requests for repeats. I'm not at all confident she knows what she's looking up on the computer either as she has requested repeats for the wrong people in my family.nMy husband is terminally ill. I don't have the time to constantly correct mistakes or make multiple trips. When he misses medication because the wrong request has been made and then I'm told the pharmacy doesn't have it, there are consequences. I have to arrange to have someone pick up sometimes when I get notifications because I can't leave. When they go and nothing is there, it's beyond frustrating.nI will be switching pharmacies and would never recommend this one.
Some business here for over 10 years, recently I have found their service to be less than appealing.nnhave had to report miss counted medication due to not being given the proper amount.nnI was prescribed a meds for a six month term and they couldn’t figure out the math to break down the dosage even though I fairly certain their system will do that for them… on numerous occasions…nnThey have changed our profiles from manual renew to auto so they could continue to fill meds without being given the go ahead.nnThey have attempted to bill Medicare on my behave by trying to over ride my doctor and doing medication reviews they weren’t requested to do. That’s right if they called you for a med review it wasn’t out of concern if was to collect money from the government. That’s is just a couple of problems there have been plenty.
If I could give ZERO stars to the pharmacy here I would they are utterly useless, I have had so many awful situations with this pharmacy but tonight was the last straw. I dropped of my cats heart prescription yeste night at 745PM the Pharm tech was leaving at 8PM so they were unable to cut the pills and told me they'd be done the next day if I came back in the afternoon. I came back over 24 hours later at 11PM and they were not cut and the paramasist told me he couldn't cut the pills till tomorrow again and that would of been too late. Still wouldn't do anything but offer me to come back or cut them myself. He actually let ME cut the pills on the counter while helping other customers. They charged me a 12.99 dispensing fee and I HAD TO CUT THE PILLS!!nI will be back everyday till the owner actually agrees to talk to someone as this is reoccuring and they don't care about peoplse health or if you or your pet get extremely sick waiting for your meds. If you need heart medication do not go here they will just make you wait day after day. If I could attach the photo of him making me cut them myself I would! 12.99 for me to do their job. A JOKE.
Wish I looked at the Google Reviews pertaining to this location Pharmacy. That staff members as a collective, are unmotivated nor show any sense of concern or urgency towards customers medications, questions or concerns. Every staff interaction I’ve had, made me feel like an inconvenience to their day. You get left on hold every phone call for 5-15minutes. Seeing the other Google Reviews support these factual observations and it’s disgusting nothing has been done to rectify this. As the conduct is still occurring, like excuse me? How many more one star reviews will it take for something to get changed. I don’t want a generic response from your store. You’ll get another one star review from me, and will tell family and friends to follow suit, if I get a generic response. I like other people, want these concerns to be addressed. To see actual change in conduct. I get this locations customer base is questionable and problematic at times. But not everyone are those problematic customers, so treat them as such. I’m already looking for a new Pharmacy.
