Shoppers Drug Mart

Went to the post office to take carenof something .. their computers were having problems so I graciously let the people waiting behind me go ahead until they could figure out what was wrong.. everyone was so kind and appreciative for me allowing them to pass .. even tho that cost me more time I'd rather people around me be happy then upset!

Convenient pharmacy. Small store but nice staff. Grocery selection very limited. Coolers never seem to be regularly stocked. 4 stars for pharmacy, 1 star for groceries

This is a good store. I will 98% of the time find what I'm looking for. As for the other 2%, it's a store. They're going to run out of stock now and again. The staff are very friendly and professional. All in all, i enjoy going there.

In this place, you can buy your monthly bus pass, play the lottery and buy groceries

I'm absolutely disgusted with the people in the pharmacy section for 1 main reason, the reason being is that most of the pharmacists in this specific Shoppers Drug Mart have a bad habit of scaring the general public with false and misleading information on Healthcare information. It's also come to my attention that the people who work within the pharmacy area obviously don't care about people who have chronic health anxiety and hypochondriasm. I went in there one day to check my blood pressure and I went to one of the pharmacists you know who you are and they told me that my blood pressure results was not considered normal which may I say is a load of horse apples because yes it was, I took those very results to the hospital and they told me that having a 130 systolic level is NOT hypertension and it's completely normal, and I got that from a legitimate doctor. Now thanks to that specific pharmacist telling me all of that, it greatly put me in a nervous breakdown to the point I stopped eating for over a month and a half and now recovering from semi starvation. It's safe to say that what this pharmacist told me has put my life in jeopardy and I'm having trouble healing. One thing I am going to put forward is that you people are pharmacists, NOT doctors or nurses. So do yourself a favor and stop scaring the general public with false and misleading information, and also as a warning if anything bad decides to happen to me medical wise because of what that pharmacist said, then I'm going to legal aid, hiring a lawyer and I'm having that specific pharmacist sued for jeopardizing my life. I am NOT happy at all, like seriously thanks for making my life more harder than it needs to be, it's bad as it is I already have loads of mental health issues I don't need this being added on to the equation.nnSo to the people who read this, if you're looking for healthcare questions do NOT go to these guys because they will lie to you. If you want accurate answers from a pharmacist then go to Jensen's pharmacy, at least the people there are more polite and they don't scare the general public.
