The store itself was fine, and many of the staff were nice. However there was one member of the staff in the digital section that was talking to a customer, rather loudly, in very uncomfortable ways. 
They talked about how "they" were causing problems, killing Christmas, "they" are the reason we have crime, etc. Advocating child abuse and making homophobic remarks about how they shouldn't be able to raise children, saying "only a man and woman should raise kids with good Christian morals." I could go on but it made me sick to my stomach.
Freedom of speech is incredibly important but this was bordering open hate speech and it made me and others very uncomfortable.
