I had a great experience at this pharmacy with a pharmacist. Veronica, I believe was her name ? helped me out and took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I felt welcome there and wasn’t nervous. Thank you so much.
I suppose you would say the staff are friendly, but boy did they ever treat me like family. I came in here looking to find a face wash and was met with some of the greatest customer service a fella like me could ask for. Sydney and Carla were incredibly knowledgeable and were nice enough to help an old fella like me find what he was looking for. God Bless them and this store.
I don’t know why but whenever customers go near the checkout the employees quickly move away from there maybe in efforts to do self check out. There’s a sticker promotion for kids that we missed at least three times so kindly request an employee to be there. Today, one employee as soon as we came they finished one customer quickly and seemed like was trying to escape but I called back and mentioned all this. She said that you can always ask somebody for the sticker but who because there’s usually no one there and yea it’s just a sticker. So I asked them can I bring the three previous bills that was self check out and about 100 plus each and she said probably not.
This review is specifically for Miriam at this pharmacy - I just had the most helpful and well explained issue resolved for something I have been attempting for months now, and FINALLY I was able to both understand and rectify this issue. So pleasant - thank you Miriam!
Not a bad location. They have a beauty boutique and Canada Post outlet. I highly recommend the Canada Post outlet. The staff working there are always friendly and helpful.nThe rest of the staff at this location aren’t exactly friendly, except maybe the store manager. But again, as is the problem with most locations in Fort Saskatchewan, customer service is awful along with friendly staff.nThe store itself offers a lot and is usually clean. The pharmacy team is ok. I do prefer the Westpark Shoppers pharmacy team. They are much nicer.
