Not a bad location. They have a beauty boutique and Canada Post outlet. I highly recommend the Canada Post outlet. The staff working there are always friendly and helpful.nThe rest of the staff at this location aren’t exactly friendly, except maybe the store manager. But again, as is the problem with most locations in Fort Saskatchewan, customer service is awful along with friendly staff.nThe store itself offers a lot and is usually clean. The pharmacy team is ok. I do prefer the Westpark Shoppers pharmacy team. They are much nicer.
Giving 5 stars for the pharmacist, Pascal. He is very caring and knowledgeable, showing kindness and discretion while asking about symtoms/ reasons for prescriptions and explaining what to expect for side effects. That being said, I have had bad experiences with some of the other pharmaceutical staff there and can agree with many of the reviews that they are often rude and lack respect for patients.
I enjoy doing business at this location. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Special kudos to Eman Pharmacy and Jaxon Canada Post. To the team, I look forward to continuing doing business at Shoppers as you continue giving excellent customer service.
Gotta say they keep going in the wrong direction. 7 people behind the counter and over 5 minutes to get noticed. We were directed to the drop off center. A woman named Tracy made an attempt to help my brother in law out by saying first off “I’m not a pharmacist “. Well we knew that. Then she argued with my bil about having to transfer whole file down and that’s the only way his benefits would cover it. She told him she would call him in an hour to follow up on his request. We had to call back 4 hours later only to hear her say “I didn’t say is call you back”. Anyhow there’s a place down the road called Rexall. Margaret Michelle and Natasha are the friendliest people ever. Shoppers is definitely not customer focused anymore. ‘Nuff said”. Thanks for letting me rant
Shoppers Drug Mart have a fabulous selection of products. The employees know where everything is kept. They are very social and helpful. The store is very clean and looked after.
