Shoppers Drug Mart

Very disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the pharmacist on duty. \was having cramps in my feet although I take magnesium and potassium regularly. I asked if there was something further I could take. He suggested a doctor. at 5;00 pm Friday. Found on my own magnesium with melatonin. Hopefully my solution works. Terri-Lynn Rose

I always try to give the pharmacy a good deal of time when I need meds but the few times I've asked for same day service I've had the same problem. They tell me that at 11am they are still working on yesterday's orders. Get some more help if you are that busy! And then to tell me they want 24 hour notice on all prescriptions? I've never heard this before.

Absolutely disappointed with the pharmacy service. Called in a refill prescription at 9am. Arrive at the store 7:20pm and was told that they are busy and I will have to wait 45mins. This is not the first time this has happened. If I didn't need my meds I wouldn't be waiting. Hire a better pharmacist staff if this is issue as I have read in many of the other reviews. Very disapponted!
