I’ve had really positive experiences with Patricia at the pharmacy. She is incredibly kind, patient and helpful every time I visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service at this pharmacy — the whole team Angie, Rocco, Betty Ann etc. is great!

Under staffed and very high prices! Poor customer service. Long waits at checkout because there is 1 human, aka person working at the register. This location use be be great, before Covid and owers got greedy. Use to have 5 checkout lanes. They do have self service lanes, so that your kids can't get a job there like 8 years ago...sad times.

On Victoria Weekend, when there are no walk in clinics opened in a 30 km radius, we attempted to secure emergency antibiotics for an engorged tick that had been on my son. It was critical the antibiotics were given within 72 hours of the tick being on him and we were turned away from Shoppers Drugmart and told to go to emergency. This appointment would have take 6 minutes to assess at the local Pharmacy and another 10 minutes to fill the script. We were sent to an emergency department and made to wait 6 hours for a non emergency only to get a script to be filled out by a pharmacy again. We have no reliable walk in clinic in town, our emergency department is being inundated with non emergencies. Shoppers Drugmart you need to do better for your community and not clog our hospital with minor things you can handle!

Rocco at the pharmacy is amazing. He took the time to explain what each medication does and when to take it. He was super patient especially with it being numerous new prescriptions. Thank you for your amazing customer service twice now Rocco!

great store with great sales! Pharmacy have always been super polite even when they are super busy. Plus the Post Office have some great friendly staff! Only thing i don't like is lazy customers taking handicap spots and the store never does anything about it.
