The approximate wait time for medications is close to an hour and they do this so you go and spend more money shopping around! The customer service is horrendous and the pharmacy is absolutely rude every time! They also do not keep your medications confidential from others knowing! I will never get my prescription there again aswell as they always give you a hard time due to the medication your on even though I get the same kind the same amount every week it's pretty disturbing. The lady named Gwen at the pharmacy is by far the worst out of them all! I have had to deal with her numerous times and everytime was absolutely horrible and unpleasant from her rude attitude to just her in general. No one should have to experience this. She always judges the people that are on certain medication as low lifes or lower than herself always. Never again will I step foot in there unless it's a Sunday and I truly absolutely need too! One star not even deserved! 0.5/10 more like 0/10. I know tons of people feel the same and have had the exact same experience iv had numerous times. I advise you all to go to Remedys located in the alliston physicians office. The wait time are always 5 to 10 min max so friendly and always taking the time to explain your medications and so helpful. No wounder why the lady there now left shoppers anf started working at Remedys as fast as she could and she is amazing!

If I could give this location a 0 I would! I have never had a worse experience in a pharmacy EVER! They have given me the wrong prescription multiple times and the wait times are ALWAYS ridiculous. I got put on Blood Pressure medication during my pregnancy and there is a very specific drug I have to be on and they gave me one that would not only be harmful to me but potentially could have terminated my pregnancy...if I had not have checked it before I had taken it, I could have lost my baby... and when I called to complain, all I got was a 'sorry'. They didn't really seem to care.

the worst customer service. The assistant manager needs to take a course in customer service. She kept quoting policy, policy, policy. There are times when your policies simply don't apply!

The pharmacy has gone down hill since the start of (approx.) June 2017. Long wait times, and never have the prescription ready.
