While Alex Pharmacy Assistant is always pleasant and friendly, I had a disappointing experience with another pharmacy assistant named KJ. His attitude was rude and unwelcoming, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Professionalism and courtesy go a long way, especially in pharmacy setting!
Exceptional staff throughout this location. I have been across Canada and always look for and frequent a Shoppers Drug Mart I have never experienced the friendless and helpfulness as I have at this location. Simply Exceptional!
I had to have a prescription delivered last night. The weather was atrocious. I fully expected that they couldn't and didn't blame them one bit. Around 8pm ish there was a knock at the door. My prescription was delivered by the nicest woman. She apologized for being late. She did not need to. We just thought she was lovely.
Pharmacy staff are extremely helpful. I am without a Family Dr and this clinic is beyond as I found out I was on medication that I was never informed of. Staff is very friendly
Limited selection of sales items. Staff is wonderful.
