They are very honest and willing to help when you need help learning about an item. If you purchase an item at their shop and you have an issue with it they are very honest and fair and will do their best to help you find a solution with little or no cost to you. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy any of the equipment needed for electronic cigarettes. These guys give you the type of customer service and honest opinions that you only dream of elsewhere. I went to glace bay caper vapor and bought two of they're pax 3 herbal vapors. When I went to sync them with the pax app they wouldn't connect. So when I found out this issue I contacted the pax company as they are supposed to have warranty and they informed me that caper vapor at glace bay has sold me a imitation and it would not work for this reason. So I contacted caper vapor to which they told me "we can give you in store credit if and only if the pax 3 has not been used" now I have called them and told them I live in Ontario not nova Scotia so I can't exactly do that. They refuse to help any further.
