Shoppers Drug Mart

Staff is friendly, especially at the pharmacy. The phone system is broken and does not work after 8. I have reported it but it still has not been fixed. Shoppers price is the most expensive compared to other drugstores for non pharmacy items, so if you are picking up other things, go somewhere else. For example, a chocolate bar is over 2x what it is at Walmart. That seems like a gross disparity. These guys are selling expired chocolate bars for only 50% off, which is still more expensive than Walmart for something expired.nI guess it's clear why they made record profits during COVID while everyone else was at a loss, they price gouge.

This is the best pharmacy in town. Staff have always been helpful, with vaccinations or prescriptions. The store also has good sales on lots of pantry items and toiletries. I’ve consistently had flawless experiences here, and I’m happy to have this store and its staff in my community.

I've been customer for 30 years and most of it was in Kamloops.nI'm now in Port Alberni and tge service is great, the store is clean and well stocked. Prices are competitive.nI worked for shoppers as a cashier supervisor for 6 years , part time in Kamloops. I enjoyed it all.

Dropped off a prescription in the evening and was told it would be ready the next day by 11, I came back at 1pm the next day and hey hadn't even started working on it and then they tried to charge me when I have coverage. One hand doesn't talk to the other in that place. The pharmacist 2 was there when I dropped it off was rude. I'll just go to a different pharmacy

Worst customer service ever. They failed to return $13.52 to a Visa e-card and instead of simply giving me a credit or store gift card have made me call the customer service line. They instantly sent both me and the store an email saying to refund my money but I’m still waiting over 1/2 hour now because they can’t find the email. Seriously, not one manager has the authority to credit me $13.52? Ridiculous!
