This is a great chain. Overall. The staff is always friendly, and I can normally find what I'm looking for. Some of the locations are even open quite late, which is very helpful when it comes to health related supplies

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Shoppers BeautynnI went to Shoppers two days ago to buy a men’s fragrance kit. When I returned to redeem my full-size perfume, the staff gave me a women’s perfume Emporio Armani – In Love With You even though I told the associate multiple times that I wanted a men’s one. She kept insisting it was for men. I did not had my kit at that time so i could not verify it there.nWhen I got home and checked, it was clearly a women’s fragrance, exactly what I had said I didn’t want. I went back to the store, but the staff member named Montana refused to exchange or help in any way. Her attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It honestly felt like she treated me unfairly and didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all.nnI’ve never had such a bad experience at Shoppers before. I spent money expecting honest and respectful service but left completely disappointed. Avoid this location if you want proper help or fair treatment.

We were at the Wellwise home health section where we received the best care one can ask for. The shop was busy and I needed to fit an aircast and our assistant humored me by allowing me to try 2 sizes all the while answering questions all around. She was amazing and knew her stuff

Please don’t advertise that your open till midnight on new years and then have your doors locked an hour+ before. Both on the automated phone line and poster on the front door state open “holiday hours” “open til 12”. When your a pharmacy that has medicine that people need and depend on stick to your word. I would never recommend anyone to come here nor shop here myself again.

Great security here. Very friendly and lots of presence in the store.nnThe actual Shoppers had a lot of paging going on. It was frankly a little irritating as it went on for the entire ten minutes I was in there; “Pharmacy please call 101”.nnThe self checkout was easy, and the team member at the cosmetics counter was knowledgeable and engaged during our interaction.
