I arrived at the pharmacy on Saturday at noon after being in the ER. I needed a prescription filled and after explaining the reason, was told that it could not be done today, maybe Sunday but definitely on Monday. I explained the urgency of this medication and the staff member shrugged her shoulders and said that the pharmacist was giving flu shots and they couldn't help me.nnNeedless to say I will NEVER use that pharmacy and will never recommend it to anyone else. Another strike against the entire Loblaws organization.
Ah the holiday season, it's a busy one! Kudos to the staff for their friendliness and getting people through the line smoothly. Thanks to the cashier for pointing out Shoppers does PC points!
I went during flu and cold season to buy masks which were listed on the web site. There was NO masks of any kind not even the ones they give at the hospital. None! I asked in the back and was told it’s a flu season so they don’t have any and won’t have any because they did not know they did not have them.nnHopeless store. 0 respect for the consumer - no responsibility for something so important and not even a regret they don’t have any.
Shoutout to Odette in the Beauty department. She is such a joyful person to see every time I go in and browse. Also, Ola & Wendy and the whole pharmacy team. It’s obvious how hard you allwork and just want to give you props for being awesome!
