the worst place for pharmacy i had one year old kid with me wanted to pay for imodium and peptobismol and was told that store policy you have to take it to front. completely unprofessional staff including the pharmacist.

A few months ago, I quickly went to this location for mailing. I had experience very good customer service from the staff.

The man ( older--looks like a manager) needs a kick in the pants! recently, I had called to refill my Mothers blood pressure pills. When I called, a specifically, said the lady--please call on my line, not my Mothers--( my mom has MCI--mild cognative impairment), so what do they do? call my mom--my mom did tell me. So then, I go to get pills, and the dummies, in there, tell me we dont have 16mg your mom has to take two? ok, so, are you people insane, my mom has MCI, whats easy for the normal is confusing for MCI patient, I explained this and why was I not told when you were SUPPOSE TO CALL ME--NOT MY MOTHER??!! HELLO? Then he says well you can cancel and get them at another pharmacy we will transfer it over--instead of him calling he mad me walk back and forth from upstairs to Metro--down to SDM----he is so rude!! those people in there could careless about your well being, or anyone I hope one day they go out of business, theyre over priced anyway--

I purchased a water floss machine from the shopper drug mart in BCC . They never told me that I cannot ruturn it back. Next day I wanted to ruturn it back with original recite. They assulted me. All of the cashiers even the manager . Finally they called the scurity for me. Even in front of him they thrieted me to kick me out . They make a big noise all of people around started to watching. All of this because I wanted to ruturn something back with original receipt. So be careful people. . That farmacy very bad employees working there..not helpful
