Ridiculous ! We called more than twice and were told the doctor will call us back but no called and we had to visit emergency unit in Hospital. Third day Doctor called us and told that due to "Weekend" it was busy and she could not call us, however she advised us to get a blood test done and we called the clinic to see if we can come over, no one picked and when we went there finally the receptionist told us there is huge shortage of staff "Suddenly" and they can neither pick up the call nor they can do the blood test. Not sure how they are operating a walkin clinic. will have to find another family physician
I’ve been calling the clinic everyday to book an appt with Dr Syed, no one picks up, voice mail is full. It’s been weeks of me trying to get in touch with a psychiatrist for a very serious matter. The doctor, staff have no empathy or responsibility towards their patients
The walk-in clinic attached to the pharmacy is very unprofessional and the front desk administrator needs to learn how to perform her job correctly. It seems like they book you for a certain time and then tell you that the doctor is behind and make you wait 1-2 hours before seeing the doctor. This place needs to make changes because the horrible reviews are indeed reality at this walk-in clinic. On the other hand, I have no problems with the pharmacy.
The behaviour of the staff at the clinic is so rude. They dont respond you on time. They even dint call you again to soeak with the doctor. But the pharmacy staff is super nice.

worst service ever. SO unprofessional. The secretary / assistant at the clinic is so unprofessional and rude. Who closes the phone on a patient as they are speaking???!!!! UNBELIEVABLE! I asked for the manager and instead she started yelling and literally closed the phone on my face. What kind of service is this? If I could give zero stars I would. Never coming back to this so called "pharmacy" again.
Horrible. This pharmacy is in same office as the walk in clinic. The clinic has no google listing probably because it's this horrible so they removed it from google. So pharmacy will get dragged by association. This doctor will book an appt at 2 and come in at 3. Then front desk will say theres an hour wait. Then when you go in after an hour they will say oh you're not booked in for a pap today. You booked the appt for a follow up. You will say no I didnt. I booked for a pap. They will argue with you, say you booked it incorrectly. Because any level of service is not a priority she will insist it's your fault. You will have to come back. It's a typical desi clinic. They abuse patients because they can. Most patients are immigrants and they speak urdu, hindi so they go there because they have no choice. Some are elderly and dont know any better. So yes horrible and rude is an understatement its abusive on their part and it needs to stop.
I do not recommend this clinic. They are dismissive and do not listen. After 2 years of telling them my pains and being told it was fibromyalgia I asked if we could do an MRI. I was flatly refused by the doctor. He actually said "I am satisfied it is fibromyalgia and I can't put my license on the line ." Whatever that meant??? I paid for my own MRI and results show damage to the very area I have been complaining about. Due to pending law suit I will not elaborate. Our government has to do more to expose the incompetence of these doctors. And if they don't, then social media will have to do it. In the past the doctors word were like 'god' now the internet is exposing gross incompetence. We need watchdogs to monitor these clinic. Not to mention the staff hardly answers the phone and not helpful. Highly disappointed. Like I said much more to this story but will refrain from exposing more details. I want to add I have never in the years going there requested a test done. I always took their word. NEVER take the doctors word, always get a second opinion. I observed the older doctors are NOT educated enough on newer technologies and the changing medical world. This is a disservice to patients. Are Ontario doctors not required to keep up with new medical things?
