Consistently been given a hard time. Staff tends to lose medication, gives contradictory information about when to pick up meds, generally very rude and sometimes narcissistic. Loses Rx, never on the same page, seems like staff has very poor communication skills. Incompetence at this level should not be allowed to operate.

The pharmacy is NOT LGBT friendly.nI am transitioning and while I do get my medication, every time I go to pick up they call my by my legal name. I have made it clear that I prefer a different name and give them other details like my address, date of birth, and ID.nIt depends per person as some oblige but some deny and don't allow it and say my name out loud and then when I express distaste about it they get rude

This place has no respect for the people. They don't honoer sale prices and lie even when you show the ad.nThis is a common occurrence from which I hear alot about.nThe manager just walked out now and laughed when she seen sitting in my car while writing this.nBesides, everything is always over priced. Shop somewhere else folks.

I've been a customer here for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience. Friendly and professional staff.

staff members are incredibly welcoming and friendly. i get anxious in stores but when i walk in and see that my favourite staff has a shift, they make it so much easier! Erika, working in cosmetics goes beyond just welcoming and friendly. always so kind and never fails to make me smile 10/10 service
