Beautiful renos. However my daughter on law asked the beauty consultant if they were hiring and she replied with a distasteful no. Otherwise I have not had any issues with pharmacy or store. Also returned bologna a day without a receipt I had just purchased 30 mins before. No problems

I am writing to express my disappointment with service I received during my recent visit to your store. while i was looking for a specific item, I approached of your employee Young Girl for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member directly refused to help me.nI found this behavior very disrespectful. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied.

My autistic son purchased 2 gift cards for Father’s Day that don’t work! Went back to the store to explain the cards don’t work ! She never offered to look at them or the receipt ! Can’t do anything for you ! Never shop there again !nnThank you so much shoppers drug mart customer service for taking the time to resolve my issue! You took the situation seriously and resolved it very quickly! It’s my favourite store and will continue shopping again! Thank you again !

Go Wallmart pharmacy, close and more professional :nn--my experience --nnWhen a simple, avoidable issue occurs — for example, the doctor sends three separate prescription sheets instead of a single sheet listing all medications — the expectation is that staff will recognize and handle it appropriately. Instead, the lady on phone informs me, without further checking while I was telling it is 3 not 1, that “we only received one medication,” and passes me directly to the pharmacist. The pharmacist then reacts with visible irritation upon realizing the prescriptions were simply on three different sheets, responding with, “That’s not our problem,” and similar dismissive remarks.nnFrankly, it is your responsibility to anticipate such foreseeable scenarios, verify the facts, and inform the client — not to escalate unnecessarily or deflect accountability. This kind of approach wastes everyone’s time and undermines trust.

Eslam and his team at Shoppers Drug Mart are simply the best! Always professional, friendly, and attentive, they go above and beyond to make every visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!
