Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacists are very knowledgeable, the rest of the staff not so much. There's ALWAYS an issue when calling or picking up an RX. Wether they forget to bill to a secondary insurer more than once for the same client, missing pills, when they notify you of such! Try getting a refill when you have 5 days of pills left, they say your insurance won't pay and ask me if I counted the pills, I didn't but maybe I should start! Switching pharmacies this week. Enough is enough.

Pharmacy given 7 days notice to fill a twinrix final injection which happens @6 months. Failure to notify me on back order and request was given to a person not an automated machine. Doctor appointment in am tomorrow. My timing is critical due to other medication. This is the second time around for the twinrix regimentation as blood test show the first time didn't work. FAILURE ON PHARMACY.
