They treated me with respect the whole time!! I have a eye problem and the eye doctor did everything to explain what is going on and how to help treat it. Mary and Bob helped me out so gratefully. Mary helped me pick the perfect grasses.. Bob fit they perfectly to my face... I have never been so taken care of and felt so welcomed before!! But Shopko optical made me feel like family!!!! Bob and Mary are very professional yet friendly and fun! I love my Shopko Optical glasses so much that I now have 3 of the same pair. And an extra thanks to Bob who showed me the correct way and correct formula to clean my eyeglasses. The world looks so much better viewed through a clean lens.
Dr. Beyers is very thorough and treats you as if you are the only one to be attended to while your eyes are being examined. It feels good to be cared about in this way. Bob is simply a special person whose professional approach to fitting your glasses and ensuring you leave satisfied is second to none. My previous visit for fitting had my wife in awe. We both intend to seek eye care nowhere else moving forward. If you want to feel valued by eye care professionals...look no further.
After having cataract surgery I needed to purchase 2 pairs of glasses. Both Mary and Kelly were extremely helpful in picking out both pairs. They displayed an excellent work ethic. I would highly recommend Shopko Optical - Waupaca to anyone who needs an exam and/or new glasses
From the O.D.'s thorough exam -- to shopping the many contemporary, interesting frames -- to an extremely affordable and fair final cost -- a GREAT experience!! Mary was an excellent 'usher' throughout, offering information and help: but also allowing this new client space and time to browse at my own pace. I highly recommend Shopko Optical. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses.
What an awesome experience I lost my glasses only had the one pair and needed them for driving called up got an appointment the very next day did the live teleview with the doctor on the other side of the country and he was outstanding as well I don't recall his name but I believe the girls that worked with me were Kelly and Mary and I'd like to thank them both for getting me in and out of there so quickly PS I can see better now than ever before, with my new glasses on I'm 20/15!!! Thanks again!
The staff at Shopko Optical in Waupaca greeted me at the door and were very personable and helpful. Kelly did an awesome job explaining the testing, lens options, and services. It was a very pleasant experience.
Went in for an exam and order glasses Mary took very good care of me. She was personable friendly and helpful without being pushy and high pressure.
My son and I both broke our glasses the same week. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I got my new pair of glasses a week later. My son on the other had, his frames were discontinued. We had to pick out a new pair. While we were looking at frames the associate looked through the returned frames and found a pair that would fit my son's lenses until a new pair could be ordered. The pair she found ended up being the ones he was looking at. That made him so happy. She is still working on getting hold of the manufacturer to get the new pair, under the old pairs warranty. Until then he gets his new pair he loves and will get a brand new pair from the original brand. Thank you so much for such amazing care. You went above and beyond what was needed.
Great service. Friendly. Jaden did a great job selling and fitting and explained all options. At pickup Bob adjusted and got me all set perfectly. Shopko optical is fantastic.
