Mary - turns out she and her husband Joe own the business - went way out of her way to help us with a stubborn printing problem.  She was so relaxed and cheerful with a can do never say die spirit!  Exceeded even the small city friendliness you might expect.  Great experience!

I had a poor customer service and they were unable to do a simple copy after 45 min I had just  gotten done at office depot in appleton with ease in 5 min the day before ..... printed learned
