Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill - Kemptville

Always enjoy myself when I visit here with family. Our server, Kelsey, is always really on top of things and very fun to chat with. The food is classic, tasty pub food, and the vibe is perfect for a sports bar. Would absolutely love coming here on a game night. Small parking lot, but right beside Canadian Tire, so there’s plenty there. Great patio too!

Went to Shoeless Joe's Kemptville for the first time this past weekend. I would say it was a sub-par experience. The waitress was very nice but the food took over 50 mintutes to get. We were 5 people but we didn't order anything to crazy. The food was average overall - the flatbread had to many flavours going on but was still edible. The wrap was averge along with the poutine. The poutine portion was quite large however. The best part of all the dishes ordered was the velvetty buttery mashed potatoes. We were pretty shocked that the food took that long to come out with less than 20 people seated. The atmosphere is kind of plain - there are alot of TV's in building with a TV at each booth. If you're planning to a go to a sit down resturaunt I would choose somehwere else based on this first visit.

Used to be a great place. Unfortunately last 2 visits have been terrible. 40 minute wait for simple foods and appetizers, only to arrive cold - no it was not busy. Spinach dip was cold and such a small portion it didn't even fill the bottom of the dish I genuinely thought it was someones leftovers from another table One meal was ordered with chicken and was so tough it was hard to cut with a knife. Staff seemed very uninterested when we mentioned food was cold. Sadly this is no longer our go to for a good meal or a quick snack.

Went to Shoeless Joe’s Kemptville yesterday for my first time in years. My food was really good, but it took a very long time to get to us, which was surprising because the place wasn’t packed and all we ordered was a quesadilla and a wrap. The waitress was awful. Never came to check if we needed anything. Our drinks were done before our food came, because we waited so long. I had to flag her down for more drinks. When she did come see us, she said “can I bring you the bill?” Instead of asking if we’d like anything else. I had planned on getting dessert, but changed my mind, seemed like she was ready for us to go. So to sum it up, the food was good, but the service was awful.

Amazing food and top of the line customer service. I made an error on my online order and Dave the manager was quick to replace the meal no questions asked. 10/10 would recommend!

Prices have gotten out of control, quality and service has not kept up with the price increase. Simple things, watered down blue cheese for your wing dip…one piece of fish cooked well, the second burnt. Second cheapest Glass of wine 13.99…its nuts. Had a good burger though. Seems to be the trend with many places, prices go way up, food quality/service goes down. And the big kicker, lowest pre-set tip through the payment machine…18% Sorry, but this service is NOT worth 18%

Tried to go to dinner here with my family for my duaghters birthday. We were promplty seated, but sat for 20 minutes and not one wait staff so much as greeted us. We had our young children with us, who need to go home to bed.. ruined our family night out.

People are nice but the food is just fair. They should stick to burgers and nachos. My jerk chicken bowl had lukewarm clumped rice and too much sauce. Fish tacos were too fishy tasting. Parking: Lots of close parking.

NEIL is an excellent bartender/server. It was my first time and he made feel totally welcomed. Because of his energy and coolness, I visited the restaurant 3 times in 7 days!! Parking: I liked the fact that parking was accessible and available.
