Went through the drive-thru today and had one of the best meals I have had at a fast-food restaurant. It was better than expected. I have not been to A&W in quite some time and I am glad I tried it again. I had the Uncle Burger and rings. Great combo. Nice service too!!!
Wow! What a great experience. The staff working the drive thru were kind, patient and very helpful with the questions I had. I drove home and my food remained hot and was delicious. I have been to many A&W's and I found this to be the best meal I have had.
Buddy burgers are the best deals $2 each. Onion rings are $3.75 and they are tasty. I always place some onion rings in my burger. Don’t order the new chicken burger. It’s $2.50, practically tasteless and it’s so thin and small - see picture. Terrible addition to the menu.
Excellent meal, excellent service. I substituted the bun for a lettuce wrap and it was delicious. My husband tried the beyond burger too, nice alternative when you want to eat healthy.
Good fast service. Yes they use real cheese on their sandwiches. If you order through their app you can get bacon, egg, and smothered onions free! Even though they omitted the bacon on our order. Unfortunately we were too hungry to go back to clear this up. Nevertheless it was all good, reasonable, and fast.
I love A and W but not this one. Poor service, too much season salt, cold food, watery root beer, and aweful presentation. Patty was melted to the bun with over an inch hanging out. Very disappointed. Only gave two stars because we received lots of cold onion rings...
Great food! Quick service! Only complaint is about the lady who does the drive thru window. On several occasions I've noticed how rude she is to the staff actually preparing the food. Someone should stick her in the kitchen to be yelled at and see how she likes it.
Was great food hot .but very pricey 3 burgers 1 drink 1 poutine and 1 fries total 39 dollars never received the fries and the line up was far too long to go back and retrieve them wasn't impressed...
