I could tell buddy was a bit of a debby from the second I walked in. Reading all of these "response from the owner" replies are quite embarrassing. C'mon, relax a little and take things easy, you can't please everyone!
I have purchased Birkenstocks here, had them fixed and my boots stretched! I trust this amazing shop with all of my shoe repairs and purchases!!!
Went in to buy a second pair of blundstones and walked out with a pair that was half a size too small. The owners were very friendly and facilitated an exchange for a pair that was the right size with minimal fuss!
Great experience at the Shoe Doctor. Met the doc himself and he was able to quickly fix my fiancees boot zipper. Bought myself some new laces for my boots as well and the staff were helpful. Nice local shop and cool vibes inside as well. Thanks!
