Excellent workmanship and very friendly customer service
Told me they don't shrink down leather boots half a size too big. Punks and metalheads do it daily. Humans have been doing it since leather existed. I'll have to do the annoying shrinking method myself but I was willing to give them my business. Whoever answered the phone was condescending from the beginning.
