If I would have known this guy was going to ruin my cute little leather booties by sewing them all ugly and crooked then I would not have taken them here! With all these great reviews I would have thought I would have gotten great service as well! This guy clearly picks and chooses "who" he's going to be "nice" to! He asked me if he was going to sew them and I told him twice not to sew them down! Just glue them like they are and restore them. When I went to pick them up the next day they were all sewn in with thick black thread! He tried to tell me that he couldn't glue them meanwhile that's how the shoe was made. I loved these shoes so much and he went and changed the whole entire look of them! Why didn't he call first and wth was he thinking of when he was sewing them after I told him no? I won't recommend any of my friends or family now that he went and ruined my leather booties! I also should NOT have paid for this service! Sorry but not Sorry from the POCAHONTAS!

I was shortly moving from Winnipeg to Calgary when I found a pair of boots I’d wanted to get re-heeled and a zipper fixed. Because it was impossible to get them fixed before I left, the shoe doctor suggested he mail them to me. Very reasonable price, and the boots are in gorgeous shape. I’m very happy I went with him!
