Shisha Marquise

It looks like a nice atmosphere but there wasn’t food nor drinks and we asked for a grape and mint shisha he literally made us a grape one and added the mint tobacco individually why ruin it if you don’t have it.

This place used to be one of the best shisha spots in downtown however has recently gone through New management. The new employees do not speak any English at all and the quality of the smoke has gone down significantly. Try somewhere else.

I never write reviews but I just had to for this lounge. This shisha lounge goes over and beyond for the comfort of their customers. No matter what request you may have, they’ll find a way to solve it there and then. The quality of shisha is by far the best I’ve had in Toronto with a full variety of exotic flavours and premium quality hookah stands/pipes. Shoutout to the whole team for being the most friendly and accommodating people as well! also, if you like working in cafes, this is an ideal day time spot to get your work done as well as privacy areas for when it’s busy.

This shisha lounge used to be the greatest hidden spot in the past year. Unfortunately, it is no longer the same, mostly because of the staff and environment. 1. Staff are not proactive, they have no knowledge or recommendation of the flavours. When approached and asked for recommendation, their response was "which one do you want?" 2. Staff forgets order, had to be asked twice for the ice pipe. 3. The basement is filled with fruit flies. Tables are dirty, unorganized place. Electronic equipment are messy with missing cables and too bright of lighting. Dear Management, please have the right staff working for a shisha that used to be the best in Scarborough. The girl who used to work at night, she was the most knowledgeable and attentive staff at your place.

I would avoid this place, went in to order 3 Shisha’s, the person behind the desk did not speak any English. Ended up leaving within 10 minutes and still had to pay for one of my Shisha’s!!! If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Chill place, last shisha lounge I went to has the charcoal and tin. This one was a German engineered hookah, specifically designed for maximum shisha experience. Will come again

I tried several Shishas in Toronto and this was by far the best considering it was the only one doing « Khalood Shisha » with natural coals.

The shisha was excellent , reasonably priced ! They really shud play music more often i mean keep the vibe going !

Had great service from Moustafa hope I spelled this right. He was friendly and let us pick the music!
