I visited this place recently, 25th dec 2023. Great customer service. The staff is so supportive and best service. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE FLAVORS ARE SO NICE. I had Green Apple and it is amazing. MUST VISIT

Shisha and ambience was ok but the choice of music played was loud and annoying and didnt contribute to a relaxing hookah experience. The music should blend into the environment and shouldn’t feel like you’re on the dance floor with back to back songs that sound like “Sean Paul - Temperature”.

Would have recommended it till my last visit. But not worth it, when you can get a better service and shisha at shishalicious for less. If you really want to go make sure to avoid the egyptian guy. Who doesn't even have the courage to keep one statement. Changes the statement every 2 mins. Zero professionalism.

Great customer service, recently went there with some friends and we all enjoyed our time there.

We were regular customers, but there was a guy who don’t know anything about customer service he was rude and disrespectful will never come back again there are too many good shisha clubs in Toronto where you not only get shisha but respect too . I am agree with the above brother

Not sure what the few negative reviews were about. I went there, the staff were nice. I guess be polite and people will be polite back to you? IDK. 5/5 I'd go there again.

This is my second home when I’m too lazy to make my own shisha. Mostafa is an amazing host and he makes a very good shisha.

Recently visited the place.., the place was very nice with good customer service and friendly staff. The lounge has really good sisha.
