I can’t give the shiaha more the 5/10 Service is very bad Don’t recommend it

Customer service is literally zero. We have tea pot and cups as part of our order, they just throw it on the table! No tray, no napkins, nor anything. Its a one-time visit and will not do it again. I do not recommend this place..

Writing a review cause this was my spot last summer but sadly moved away!! A chill shisha lounge with normal prices, staff was friendly and they have a really good food menu and are usually open late! Great place to hangout with friends. My friend actually bought a hookah from the back and got a good deal cause we wanted to go home and smoke more lol! Thank you.

People working on saturday night are quite helpful and understanding. Without even asking for they exactly know what u r looking for.

Very friendly staff. The dessert menu is also an amazingly delicious!

The staff is excellent except for the Night shift manager. Hookah was not up to the mark, they tried to fix it but have tried better hookah than this place. Overall I had fun, dancing with arabs and Indians.

Excellent shisha and atmosphere. The food was great, definitely recommend the sandwiches. The staff was also very nice. Probably the top shisha place in Hamilton.

Best place for Shisha.. Great service

The service was absolutely horrendous as the servers have too much attitude and not enough training when it comes to actually serving customers. Took multiple requests just to get coal, which was brought with a side of attitude that we neither asked for, nor appreciated and will not tolerate. In all honesty shisha 7/10. Customer service I’d give negative if I could. Very empty
