Will be avoiding this parking and any EasyPark, they have an attendant on site to track down even the smallest violations with egregious fees and threats of sending to collection companies if unpaid. The parking lot was mostly empty and we paid for several hours only to end up with an additional $75 charge just for getting back to the car 15 min late. Never again, avoid at all costs
Avoid using this garage or EasyPark in general if you can. We paid for 5 full days, many hours we were not using the garage. We were 8min late renewing our parking on the last day and we were charged $75 for this 8min. Tried to appeal but was denied.
Literally the most frustrating app there is. Good luck if you want to search a lot ahead of time. You’ll never find it as the map sucks. On more than one occasion, it has put me in a lot close by and had to fight like hell to get my money back from the less than helpful operator. Avoid this company at all costs.
This place is a total rip-off. $64 for one day makes it the most expensive parking on the North Shore. If you even attempt to charge your EV here they'll ask you to pay expensive parking over and above high EV parking rates. They have a rude mercenary parking monitor who will try to ticket you in between the time you park and walk to the meter. There's an open lot 1.5 blocks away that charges only $7. Street parking for 2 hours is free in most of North Van and free between 7PM-9AM.
Avoid if you can. Inhumane parking policies, 70$ for misunderstanding rules that aren’t clearly communicated. Also the 90s called and want their payment machine back.
