Shipshewana North Park Amish Log Cabin Lodging & Campground

Wonderful campground close to Shipshewana. Camp sites and facilities are very clean. Bathhouse was spotless. Large open green spaces on three sides for walking the dogs. Quiet campground. Mostly older adults. Friendly staff and camp hosts. Highly recommend if your in the area.

We stayed in one of the luxury cabins for 2 nights. The price was reasonable and the setting was neat! The cabins were set in a patch of tall pine trees on a slope. Very rustic feel to the interior. The one downside was that the cabins did not have their own individual firepits. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice well kept camp grounds. Cleanest rest rooms in the state. Downside, traffic starts up very early and the trucks breaking will rattle your teeth. The Wi-Fi was a joke, when asked why it didn’t work in the row next to the office. The guys leaning back says “ it’s working for me”. Thanks for nothing.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Grand Design RV factory. The location was good for that and it was also nice to see Amish country. I really enjoyed seeing the Amish drive up in their horse & buggies to get ice cream. I would like to go back there again someday to learn more about their culture. Cell coverage was usable but not great. Verizon: 8.52 dl/1.10 ul; AT&T 2.6 dl/2.24 ul.

We stayed 3 nights booked for 4. We had to leave 1 day early. We let the gentleman know and he said they give no refunds. The notice was give well before the 24 hr. Notice. So beware before booking if you have to leave early. Besides that it is nice campgound. We left 8-25-22.

Relaxing, quiet, this place has everything you could want in a campground. Also super clean and a very friendly staff . I will camp here again

Great owner, nice facility with majority of camping sites having a good amount of shade. There are a few good size open spaces for your pets, and for playing sports. Lots of things to go see and do in this Amish area. Restrooms: Restrooms are decent, and they do a nice job keeping them clean. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome as long as they're on a leash, and aren't disturbing others. There is some nice open spaces to walk them. Picnic area: There is a Pavillion with tables and BBQ stations if you have a larger group. Barbecue: Located at the pavillion.

Shipshewana North is a very clean and peaceful campground with close proximity to town and the Flea Market. The manager and campground staff are amazing. We were traveling with another couple that had an emergency situation with their RV causing complications with the reservations. We are so appreciative and thankful for the friendly and accommodating manner the campground manager handled the unforeseen emergency. We will definitely return and look forward to future stays at Shipshewana North Campground.

Great camping cabins with close clean shared bathroom. very affordable and quiet,will be coming back with my grandbaby for his first camping experience.

Right next to the Shipshewana North campground. Campground is a great place to stay. Full hookups, plenty of shade, and quiet. Also cabins you can rent.
