This was our first time ordering food from Shields. We ordered take out and the food was good, though it was a bit cold by the time we got it home. The cheese bread was just OK, the look of it wasn't as appetizing as I would have liked but it tasted good. We will likely be back.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes

It was an ok experience. We heard good things so we tried it but it was mediocre. The food was ok nothing special, same with the service. The restaurant it self feels like you’re in 1992 and needs renovation badly. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

Food was OK my daughter had a chicken sandwich and I had BBQ wings. Staff was awesome.

First time visiting this location on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. We walked in and were seated immediately, which is a plus. The service was excellent. Our waitress Ernestine was very friendly and attentive. They just so happened to have a Taco Tuesday special for $1.50 each, which were very good! We also tried the Gold Medal pizza, which was absolutely delicious as well. I will definitely return.

We like that the menu is pretty extensive and most everything we've tried has been good. Portions have gotten smaller although prices haven't, but that's pretty standard for the economy I guess. Only issue really was that the dining room was SO cold! We overheard a few other tables talking about it as well so it wasn't just us.Food: 4/5

First time here... friendly staff, great service, and excellent food. Order a pizza and probably one of the best pizzas I have had in the area. Better than Buddy's, Green Latern, Cloverleaf. Drinks were cheap and strong. Price was very reasonable.  Clean and friendly atmosphere. Definitely will be backFood: 5/5

Came here for a good friend's birthday. Had about 13 of us, a wide array of pizzas, salads and appetizers. Pizzas looked amazing as they came out and lined our long table but over all was just ok. Wasn't bad but don't think it lives up to all the hype & premium prices.

Paul and staff expertly handled our funeral  luncheon today and we couldn’t be more pleased with their attention to our family. Food was delivered quickly and was delicious. Julie was very attentive and handled requests gracefully. Thanks again for making this day memorable  Karen Theodore

We called Shield's.. and called.. and called. Busy signal, fax machine, busy signal. I found their online ordering and placed my order, but not knowing if they were actually open to get my online order... we decided to take a drive and see what happens. Pulling in we see a large crowd of people. That's how you know a place is great... It's worth the wait! I walk in and totally understand why they didn't answer the phone and I whole heartedly agree with their methods! The staff was amazing under heavy pressure. Great food and great service!
