Little Caesars Pizza

Tried the "Extra most bestest" pizza and the pizza tasted like a cross betwewn dominos and pizza hut. However the pizza size was way bigger. We modified one pizza after we got home as I like my crust crispy and threw in some veggies on top of it. The crust tastes way better when you just throw it on a pan for a few mins. The store did have some issues with the order and some confusion which was resolved. At the end of thebday, if you are a puzza lover you will enjoy it. I have only been disappointed once with a pizza and it was at a gas station.

Great food as long as you don't need to deal with customer service. They have terrible service. I placed an order for a pizza online and was late fr the pickup. The store was closing in 15 mins so the employees asked me to talk to the customer service and provided a phone number that did not work. When told, they said that was the only number they had. So, we looked up the number for their customer service online and called. I was placed on hold for 30 mins and after they picked up, I was told they cannot shift the order and can only cancel it. So, I asked them to go ahead and cancel it. Then they tell me the store/district manager will call me for the cancellation process. I mean, that's clearly too much hassle for a pizza! Never placing an order at Little Caesars ever again!

This went really well in the delivery department good customer service order was ready and I was in out no problem .

Drove to Troy for take out. It was overcooked in everything! The original pizza had too much sauce and the kids hate it. Such wasteful time. Not recommend.

I placed an order over the phone. When I got there, the employee didn't seem to know exactly what I had ordered, as if he hadn't actually written down my order. I told him the items I had ordered and got my items and paid for my order. When I got home I realized that he had given me the wrong pizza. I had ordered an extra most bestest stuffed crust pepperoni and he had given me a regular extramostbestest pepperoni. I called and was told I could bring back the incorrect pizza to get the correct one. I told him it would be awhile before I could bring it back. When I brought it back an hour later, the employee took it and went to put it back in the warmer without even looking at it. I said to him "that pizzas no good". He looked at me and said "oh, it's no good?" And I said "no, I ate a piece before realizing it was the wrong pizza". They were about to try to resell this pizza that had been in my possession for an hour. No telling what I could have done to that pizza in the hour I had it. Even if I never opened the box, you can't resell it. As a side note, I ordered crazy bread and it was completely bland and flavorless. I remember when I was a child, little caesars crazy bread was so good. Now I may as well be eating a plain piece of bread. Either they changed the recipe or this location doesn't make it right. It was a very poor experience and I will not be going back to this location. I may give the Albany location a try. The Troy location needs great improvement and retraining.

Decent pizza for a cheap price. Staff was nice and the online order was on time. I would however recommend staying away from the chicken wings pretty small and poor quality.

The food wasn't good. I feel like I wasted my money on it.

Best pizza! Love the Deep Deep dish. Not the friendliest staff, and food isn't always ready on time, but the pizza...mmmm...

Their deep dish pizza is great, I always order the 3 meat and it is hot and fresh. It is one of the best quality pizza's in troy. The only complaint I have is that if you go in and order a simple cheese or pepperoni it's never "hot and ready." Last night I went in and ordered a simple pepperoni and I was told about 10 minutes, not really acceptable. However for specialty pies they are one of the best.

They have misdelivered my orders several times. They have gotten my orders incorrect twice and refused to fix them They lie and say they called to clarify my order. Never called. And they have overcharged me twice, refusing refunds. The quality of the food isn't even that good. I only order because my kids like it. Or they used to until our orders kept being wrong. The manager is very rude and when I corrected his lie about calling me, he hung up the phone. Reporting them to corporate. Awful place.
