I found out last week that my furnace needed to be replaced - two weeks away from my wife’s due date... not great timing. However Sherwood Mechanical went over and above to help meet our budgetary needs, and were very quick and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a small or large plumbing/HVAC job as they are a local company who cares about their customer experience.

My dad was away in the states and the furnace quit...it was freezing in his house. I had no idea what to do. It was -25 that night. I called Sandy at Sherwood Mechanical and within 90 minutes Peter was there. He thought it may need a new thermocouple but gave it a good clean and all is working totally fine. They did not try to upsell me any parts, knowing that I had no idea what was happening or what anything was. I was so impressed with how they treated me and the situation that I will give my full recommendation for Sherwood Mechanical. And - the bill was a pleasant surprise.

We woke up Christmas Eve to no heat in our house and it was -35 outside. It got really cold in our house, really fast. I called Sherwood Mechanical and within an hour they were at our house fixing the furnace! They were super fast to get heat back into our home! Super great service and great people!

Sherwood Mechanical was the only company to help when we had no furnace when it was -25 on a holiday weekend. Got the part and came out and got my furnace working at 10pm. Will be a repeat customer. Fantastic company.
