First Call Heating & Air Conditioning

It's odd that i had to call them twice in one day to get my furnace fixed and all I get is an invoice and a broken furnace. To break it down, I called the company and they sent a guy to fix my furnace. He seems shady but I let him do his job but I don't know. After he was done, he said that I could use the heater again without any problem and he'll be on his way. Sadly I was wrong, I had to call them back again and they sent the same person to see what the problem this time. Now this same person doesn't know what the problem is and all he had done the whole time was ran back and forth to his truck and tells me excuses and can't do any repairs. To make matters worse I wasn't notified that I to pay right away when my heater is not fixed. Now I have to sleep the cold night knowing that my furnace is dead and all I worry are my kids well being.

The receptionist was very helpful to ensure someone came as soon as possible. With no working furnace she made a suggestion on how to have some heat in the house until their repair man could come. The gentlemen that came was wonderful. He understood the urgency of our situation having no working furnace during a deep cold spell. He advised what the problem was. He was clear how long he would take to get a new motor and returned as soon as he could. He checked on warranty and advised what was covered. It did not take him long to get the furnace working and heating the house again. He did not leave until he was sure there were no more problems. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will certainly call them again if I need them.

I called First Call over the New Years weekend. We were having a cold snap and my furnace would intermittently stop working, causing the temperature in my house to plummet. I left a message and Donna called me back a few minutes later. She gave me some things to check on my own but otherwise had someone scheduled to come out and see me first thing the following morning. She actually offered to have someone come out that same evening if I so needed. She was so pleasant to deal with and the gentleman who came to service my furnace was kind, professional and efficient. He had everything sorted out in less than an hour at a very fair price (especially considering it was over the holidays!). I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Thanks guys!!

I would highly recommend First Call Heating & Air Conditioning. They recently replaced our water heater. The booking person and service techs were very professional, and did a great job, quickly and without any mess. They actually laid out sheets to protect the carpet going up and down the stairs to the basement, which isn't something that usually happens without asking. On top of that, the price and quality of heater supplied were excellent.

We have relied upon First Call Heating for the past 9 years to conduct the annual servicing of our gas furnace. Their technicians are always punctual, helpful and respectful of our home. We also hired them to install a central air-conditioning system in our home last summer. For this installation, they were accommodating to our schedule and finished the job in the time frame promised. They also made sure we understood how the system operated before leaving, showing that they care for their customers.
