Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

While Sherwin-Williams makes some really fine paints, their store in Yarmouth and the customer service is not up to the products they sell. Having to go back to the store 2 or 3 times to fill an order is both time consuming and frustrating. Not getting phone calls returned is unacceptable - can't even check to see if an order is ready for pickup over the phone! Over the last few years, this store's customer service has gone down hill - big time. Several us in the business are now driving to the Paint Pot in Portland to avoid the frustration with Mike and his crew in Yarmouth. The store is becoming a joke.
