We've used Jack's Painting Service twice in the last two years and have been completely satisfied with every aspect of their work. The crew is always friendly and professional. The quality of their work is excellent. Importantly, when they say they are coming to paint, they actually show up! Jack does a great job keeping the lines of communication open and checks in frequently to make sure you're happy with everything. At the end of the job, he checks back in with you to make sure that everything is as you wanted it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

I hired Jack to do work for our condo association a couple of years ago. The work quality was fair. However, when there was a communication breakdown between the two of us, Jack verbally promised one thing and later refused to deliver. His communication was very unprofessional and rude.

Jack and his team did incredible work. This was the best experience we've ever had with a painter. He was friendly and accessible through the entire process and made recommendations that were spot-on. Communicated clearly through the contracting process and stuck to the estimate carefully. The quality of his work on our kitchen cabinets and walls was exceptional. Jack even took care of a few other minor issues that came up during our renovation process at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Jack's Painting Service!
