Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Went in to get a quart of paint we already had 5 gallons of, we ran out of to finish one small area on a wall. The match from quart was not even close. Not even in same sheen. After spending over an hour back in the store. They got me another quart and made me pay for it. Saying not there fault because that's what the numbers told us to do. So I suggest if you have this kind of customer service. Miller Paint is a northwest company. They have great paint and way better costumer service. There people are trained to know there paints and that if you down size from a gallon to a quart that the mixture can be slightly different. Oh when a sale goes on. They mark up there price to bring those 30%,40%,50%. Sales down. So you still pay $50 a gallon on there good paints. Suggest going to better paint business where you get treated right with knowledgeable paint people, not how blow off the street.

Nate (Nathan) went above and beyond with helping us find the paint we needed. He was able to custom match the color on our wall and only wanted to give us the best paint for the best price. Great staff and great paint!

Very helpful staff. I understand more about paint colors and how to decide which color I really want.

Always going above and beyond! Not only is the paint high quality, but so is the staff! They are always helpful when I embark on a new project. I love the small store feel versus the big box stores. It's also convenient that they can save my color/type selections by room in their computer, which is helpful for touch-up jobs. Coupons are great too!
