My client sold his penthouse apartment on Bournemouth Seafront through Frost & Co and we completed in less than a month. Charlie was dealing with the matter and he helped enormously going above and beyond to help us out. The transaction was seamless from start to finish. No request for help was too much, it was so refreshing and a welcome change for the estate agents and lawyers to work as a united team to get a quick outcome for both seller and buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend Frost & Co to anybody thinking of selling or buying a property. It will be the best decision you make!
Good agency to rent with. Compared to what my friends told me about other agents these are just great. Responsive and helpful. We had issues in the flat from time to time, but they've all been solved promptly. They also have a very good manners and treat their customers well. No problem getting in touch with managers. It's my first time buying a property, and I have to say Charlie and Hettie have been incredible. I'm not sure, really, what an estate agent is meant to do in the process but I really feel like they went above and beyond whatever it is they do. I would not hesitate using Frost & Co again and really would trust whatever they advised, both Charlie and Hettie are incredibly knowledgeable and tenacious.
Hettie has been amazing! We have just exchanged on a property and she has been absolutely brilliant at chasing everyone in the process. I am very happy to recommend her and the team.
Terrible customer service. Sam, property management/maintenance gyy, tried to blame me for their contractor not showing up, even though we have chased this more than 10 times in the last year. Sam, we’re not going round in circles here, you are, at least the last 4 points of contact we were assigned knew that it was their responsibility to monitor contractor bookings on their system. You were incredibly rude and inconsiderate, the first thing you said to me was “why am I hearing about this now?”, my question to you is: do you not have a system/spreadsheet that tracks whether a job has been completed? Do you not follow up, just book it and hope for the best? I have been a model tenant, Frost & Co. has been a perpetual let down.
Always friendly and communicative - my agent Hettie was very good about keeping everyone in the chain informed and supported me all the way through the process of buying my first flat. Would recommend!
Charlie and the team were great - they were always there to support both the buyer and myself, and we managed to get the deal completed in record time! These guys are great :-
Dealt with Lewis at Frost & Co plenty of times now and always smooth sailing, really organised and efficient team in Bournemouth and would recommend anyone to work with them. I handle alot of their Gardening work for them and never had a problem. 5 star service
Effortless process moving home, very efficient and profesional, same day responses to any queries we had excellent agency to deal with Jordan was brilliant from the first step application / referencing etc to the final being moving in, we found the right property for us and were able to secure it with a holding fee. Would highly recommend.
