I bought two flowers on the same day and kept them in the exact same conditions, but one died very quickly. When I went back for help, I was told they don’t exchange plants and was blamed for “not caring for it,” even though two staff members gave completely opposite explanations—one said I watered too much, the other said not enough.nnI’ve been a customer for over three years and expected better service, especially given their higher prices. Very disappointing experience
Nikki is the best staff. I went their with my newborns and she and other staffs helped so much to put the trees in our trunk, very attention to details and helpful. the most important thing is, she actually cares.
Very well organized store and the staff is quite knowledgeable. They also sell lots of decor items which look absolutely wonderful. I really enjoy coming in to this store
Really nice selection of plants, Christmas items and gifts. Very pricey but very good quality.
