Great Customer Service.nI went in on a Thursday and put on hold 6 trees Yews and a shrub. I was told 30% discount will apply by sales at time of purchase. However when I came in on Sunday, I was told 30% will not apply on the Yews. Fortunately, the manager promised to look into with the sales and confirmed my statement and honoured the discount.
I really want to give this place 5 stars I really do, but!nIt needs to be known otherwise.nThe inside of this location is by far the most dazzling.nVery originuzed sections, and well displayed prices.nSeasonal items and home decor are off to the right from main entrance.nHouse plants WITH light tags to the left, and further last that are outdoor plants , herbs and annuals.nAs pretty this place is, it lacks the feel.nEvery other Sheridan felt, like a nursery.nDirt in the air, humidity was high, the smell of fertilizer.nnThis new location, in time I guess will get there.nnTheir outdoor selection is rather quite small compared to other locations but still contains the right variety.nnWorth the visit if local, but not worth the drive from 30 mins plus.
Really great experience buying plants to have around the home! James was fantastic about talking through what plants would work well for my space and discussing how to set up and care for the plants. Highly recommend, especially if you're new to owning plants! Though the store is extremely well equipped for all levels by the appearance
Nice new clean location. Was sad to see the Hwy 7 location close but this location although smaller does still have a good selection. Price is a bit higher but the plants all look healthier than what you will see at the big box stores.
I used to go to markham Sheridan a lot. New location is bigger and more lively. Custom designs for entrance pot, everything purchased will have 30%up charge for design fees which I think is a bit expensive.
