The store manager Neha seems to be inexperienced and needs training in customer service.nShe refused to sell me 3 guppies because I was buying a 3.5 gallon tank instead of a 5 gallon tank saying this is store policy. When I asked to see the policy she just referred to the sticker on the fishtanks that say ‘5gallon’ ‘10 gallon’. The staff member Maya said a 3.5 gallon should be fine as I researched the general rule is 1 gallon: 1 guppy. If I had to get a 5 gallon tank that’s fine. I want the fish to survive as it’s for my kids.nNeha’s attitude was the worst part. Neha walked away and gave me the number for customer service like she ‘end of story goodbye’ kind of attitude and asked us to go to a different store. She then grabbed her 5-6 employees and started talking about us behind our back. Very rude and it was in front of our young kids. Not sure if they really care about their fish as they have these poor dying betta fishes in tiny little containers and dying fish in overcrowded tanks. Talk about double standard. Very bad representation of Petsmart and lack of professionalism.
Always an awesome experience here! I’m always greeted when my pup and I enter, staff is also very helpful and sweet! Danielle is an awesome trainer and I would definitely recommend her as well! Only thing this place is missing is a doggy day camp/pets hotel but otherwise is great for everything else!

I was initially hesitant to leave my furry friend, but Stephanie's evident gift with animals put my mind at ease. The level of care and attention to detail she provided was exceptional, and I will certainly be bringing Waffles back every month for this fantastic service.nnAs a District Manager myself, I truly appreciate outstanding employees like Danielle and Stephanie. Absolutely Fabulous grooming service by Jonathan!!!nnMy 7-month-old std poodle pup had two haircuts previously at another grooming facility, and he kept coming home with leg socks and a schnauzer mustache. No thanks. As well, by 7 months, my pup was now bigger than the groomer.nnJonathan was recommended by his coworker and he was perfect. My pup came home looking like a poodle and was happy and soooo soft.nnJoanathan will be my go-to groomer going forward.
