Sheridan Cyrus Dentistry

I was referred to Dr. Cyrus by a friend. When I called the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She managed to find a time where myself and 4 children could be accommodated. Dr. Cyrus himself is very personable. My dental hygienist Vanessa was super friendly, made me very comfortable and did an amazing job!! I would recommend this place any day. The reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is that Dr. Cyrus should subsidize some if not all of the parking costs as many other medical facilities do.

I recently visited this dental office because of the good reviews. I am not only terrified.of dentist but I also have had a bad experience pulling a tooth with local anesthesia. Very painful. I have another bad tooth and was in excruciating pain so I went to get a referal from the doctor to be sedated. When I got there I waited over 45 minutes over the time they told me to come in for. When i finally saw Dr.Cyrus he told me I need xrays and a cleaning and the hygienist would give me the quote. She was very professional and pleasant and provided me the quotes. I declined the cleaning and got the xrays because I knew he needed to see them for the referral. When he came back in the room he was very cold and unprofessional when writing the referral insisting he could pull the tooth with local anesthesia because of his experience. And that i would be wasting my money.. It was very uncomfortable, because this is a genuine fear of mine and to spare me that feeling its not an option. To top it all off when I checked out he tried to charge me more than was quoted. Which they adjusted because at that point not only could they tell i was annoyed but the man next to me was complaining about the same thing... Fast forward... Come to find out, this is the same dentist I heard horror stories about from close friends that happened a while back. Because of his careless actions someone I know was hospitalized, I said the last name then she said the first name and we confirmed the location. Dr.Cyrus, I will not be coming back to your office.

Excellent attention. As a family we have been receiving attention from this dentistry for many years. They treat us with care and respect. Staff and doctors are absolutely great. I don't want to name anyone in particular, because they are all great. But Jade is my go to person :-)
