Shepaug Valley High School

I take my kids to the swim program here. Can't say much about the education but the pool is pretty nice. The swim instructor Moe is also very very good with kids. It's something fun and local for the kids to do and learning to swim is important. I think the pool is about 6-8 lanes and they have a legit diving board which is nice.

The school is definitely small, but it's a good small because here everyone knows everyone and everybody gets along. I am lucky to be at this school and if you're looking for a new school this is the place.

It's a wonderful school. I have had the opportunity to work in six different school systems in both NY and CT. Shepaug is progressive, rigorous school with great students supported by a community that values education. Shepaug works hard to different learning that prepares students for the challenges of the twenty first century. It is a school with a vision.
