Had a great experience for years until I had to be on call with Jury duty and on top of that was in the middle of a move. I let them know that I had situations that might make an appointments for my daughters a little difficult, yet they were pretty firm on wanting a specific time frame.
I went ahead and made an appointment, yet warning them again that I wasn't sure how that will play out.
I didn't find out until10:30 am that day, that I couldn't make that appointment. As soon as I found out, I called them immediately. 
When I called to let them know I couldn't make it they said that they were going to charge me. Even though I told them that I might not be able to make the appointment and even though I warned them about moving and jury duty, they stilled charged me. They wanted a specific time frame, I tried but as anyone knows who has had to move or go to jury duty it can be a difficult, time consuming, and some times hard thing to predict.
This experience has left me 😠 sad and no longer trusting.
I am no longer taking my girls to this dentist.

I love how Shelton Dental never lets you forget an appointment.  The text message reminders are crucial for me! This has been my dentist of choice for many years now, and I can say that the current staffing is very professional, courteous, and efficient.

We just moved here in the summer, so I just picked a dentist when it was time for my cleaning and I have to say that I picked the best in Shelton!  My husband's tooth broke off, so he had to get it fixed (I say HAD to because he HATES dentists!).  BUT he loves Shelton Dental Center!  He's had to have a lot of extensive work done and it doesn't even bother him to go in!  They are great!

Great experience with all the dentists and staff. These folks literally sing along to the music as they are working on your teeth. They have worked with me around my crazy schedule and have always been friendly and courteous.

I highly recommend this dental office. They are definitely patient oriented. The dentist's and the staff are warm and friendly. They have very reasonable rates and have always worked with me in working within my budget and the limitations of my insurance.
