I have never wanted to review a business as badly as I've wanted to review Lakewinds Dental Center.  When you first call, you are greeted by friendly staff who try to fit you in as soon as possible--not two months down the road.  That's only the beginning, though.  You are then sent super helpful text messages to help you remember your appointment.  Finally, when you walk into the office, you are treated like royalty.  They know your name, they greet you with a smile, and offer you free coffee while you wait.  You won't be waiting long, though, before your appointment promptly starts.  During your appointment, you'll notice all the little things, like how clean the place is and how the staff use a two-way communication system to keep your care moving along with maximum efficiency.  I have never been so impressed with the way I was treated and the efficiency of the whole operation.  If they run out of teeth to work on, then they can certainly make a business out of teaching customer service. I can only describe my experience with the word "Wow!"

Dr Martin is amazing. We have been seeing him since he first came to Ludington.  He is the first dentist to put me at ease in my life and has been the perfect choice for my children too. No more dentist anxiety. His top of the line equipment is amazing and I was able to have a crown made right in his office in a short period of time. I recommend him to everyone

I had the absolute pleasure of working with the team at Lakewinds Dental who were not only extremely professional and personable, but they also welcomed me and my team in immediately to their beautiful work family! That meant the world to us and made us comfortable right off the bat. They are a group of people who truly care about every individual who walks through their door and this shine through in everything they do -- it is genuinely in who they are individually and as a team on the whole. I would not hesitate in recommending coming to Lakewinds Dental Center!

I love this place. They have made me feel so comfortable and heard. The best dentist office I have ever been to, and I have tried many. Thank you, Lakewinds Dental! I highly recommend them.

Taylor was the absolute sweetest staff member I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her kindness and compassion towards me in a time of need and pain was completely genuine and I'm  so grateful for that. Beautiful place. Staff and Dr is awesome!
