Always stop here on way to Tofino - easy in and out, and clean bathrooms (always appreciated). Down side, coffee is just adequate - stop at nearby Starbucks (back one set of lights towards Canadian Tire) for your roadie caffeine 😉

On the main highway in Port Alberni, down the street from McDonald's & across the road from a strip mall with a Canadian Tire, Brick Furniture, and a Dollar Store. Thus Shell station is clean & has a clean bathroom even while they are renovating. And regular gas is only $1.28.9 compared with $1.42.9 in Vancouver. The staff there are really nice friendly and helpful. And I made a point of stopping by to fill up on my way back to Nanaimo.
