RBC Royal Bank

Very bad service. I went for the first time at this branch and I didn't like the service. I went to activate my credit card the lady who helped me didn't ask any authentication questions or for an ID. What if someone steal your card and go to the bank and activate

Feels like a small town bank.nHave I had to wait here every. single. time. I have ever come here? Yes I have. Has it been a long time? Some more than others.nHave I ever been rushed once I get my turn? Not even a little.nDo they answer every EVERY dumb question I have about my money, my accounts, what this/that fee is. Absolutely.nHave they been swamped with people out the door and still greeted me with a maybe slightly frazzled smile. Yes they have.nnThey haven't always been able to do what I wanted sometimes my fault, sometimes... but they always take the time to tell me why.

Easy access, parking...nFriendly. Helpful to.. I'm very satisfied with this bank. I find they support you when you need them..
