Excellent customer service. The best Caramel hot drink in town. Their Car Wash is very good. I used their car wash and it didn't wash well the first time because the lines were frozen or whatever and they very courteously provided me with a second car wash code and the second time it washed my car really Good. I recommend them. The owners/operators very very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my interaction with them.

I stop here sometimes for prepaid gas but this time I wanted too used up my gift card that had 22,40$ on it .I walked in and told guy (after he was done talking on phone) that there is 22.40$ on gift card He look at me with disrespect and didn’t say a word slide card and said no money on it and wanted to take card I asked for card back and receipt (on it said discarded), told him to check again because I know there is 22.40$ on it I called number for checking balance before I walked in he refused. When back on phone and start talking on his language. I stoped at shell on 50st and asked cashier to check balance on it (cost 00,01$ to check) had 22,39$ on it.

They just lost $300+ a week due to the terrible attitude from their staff. Looks like I'll be getting a lot more Petro points. Customer service is such a rarity these days it's sad. Will never return to another Shell. This isn't the first time. And this is what companies are going to have to pay 15/hour for..... Hmm

i bought car wash package for $188 which is valid for 3 months. i bought it from them as it is very convinient for me to get my car washed as i live very close. when ever i come here, there car wash is not working. in the package i get 1 car wash per day. i am loosing my car washes every now and then. the lady who works there (Harj) is very rude. she told me that i can go to any other gas station in canada as this package i bough is valid all over canada. but that was not the reason i bough this. i bought it because this is very close to where i live. one day the car wash was not working for the packaged customers but it was working for th single buy customers. i get that as there may be a problem with the software. so i asked if i can get the coupon printed to get the car washed. she insulted me like anything. this was not at all professional.

CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS AND HOLD ON TO ALL RECEIPTS AFTER USING THIS LOCATION. EVEN ONES STATING DECLINED. This Shell charged a debit card despite the machine saying "DECLINED". Not once, but twice. Staff there were rude, disrespectful and uncooperative, both at the time of the transactions and in later days while trying to sort this out. (Though I'm not sure why the onus is on a customer to get their own money back and deal extensively with store staff, Shell overall, and the banks, to get back money when *the store charged the card yet refused to provide the fuel they unarguably charged the customer for.*) Store staff claimed to be unable to provide receipts of the declined transactions. Yet the funds were taken from the account. Now the customer has to spend hours addressing this. The point of sale machine stated the transactions were DECLINED, yet the money WAS taken out of the account. Not a Credit card pre-auth. This was money taken from a regular bank account. Their batch and numbers at the end of the day should show this, shouldn't they? Evidently Shell and their point of sale systems don't have to be accountable. Aren't there consumer laws about this? I wonder how many more customers have been scammed? A week later, hundeeds of dollars still magically missing, along with hours spent trying to sort this out, and it's quite clear that the staff and owners and Shell corporate have little interest or concern about whether they have mistreated or made a (hopefully innocent) mistake with their customers' money. Certainly Shell has no interest in proactively fixing this issue or making it right for the customer. It's this family's problem. Not Shell's. This experience and the staff and owners of this particular station have left me no choice but to be leery of the integrity of Shell stations. I love my Airmiles. But I don't trust Shell anymore.
