I can tell that the employees are not fully knowledgeable about the car wash and the card wash passes they sell. I swipe my card at the car wash as it was accepted but the car wash did not work at all. I buzz them and they tell me the back out of the wash and get a free car wash foe the day at this location only. If the car wash is only valid at this location and just for today, it's just a garbage piece of paper they gave me.

Very nice car wash in and out even with many line ups you bearly wait over 15 min. Weather -10 -15 car wash working and available.

The cashier did not know how to simply add and was charging 6 dollars more than what I needed to pay. She looked at me like I was trying to pull a fast one and once I showed her the mistake, her attitude changed right away. You would think since she is handling money that she would be more knowledgeable with simple math.

Car washing doesn't work well, several times it did not wash back, not enough water cleaning, air blowing. I always clean the dirty spots, foam or wipe the water manually.

I always find this station has better gas prices than others nearby, the facility is well lit and location is convenient and spacious. The soft touch car wash also offers touches option but I personally use the soft touch and prefer it to any other wash, I just wish it did better rinsing job.
