Tight space auto car wash mediocre at best

I strongly recommend that no one use this supposed touchless car wash... I brought my Porsche 911 here to the local car wash (ESSO) which was located just down the road from my house on 03/19/2017 ..... I was 2 cars behind another Porsche 911 which was in line ahead of me. Once my turn came up, I followed the prompts inside and stopped when I was told to and put the car in park. As the arm began its cycle spraying the soap, I noticed that once it got towards the driver side of my car it was only about 5 inches away, as it proceeded down the driver's side the arm clipped my door mirror and then clipped the left rear 1/4 panel of the car causing some damages to the 3M tape & paint. Once I inspected the damages that were done, I went inside and waited for all clients that were inside to exit before I snapped at letting them know that my car was just damaged in there car wash, I insisted to see the video but the owner which was at the location refused to show me as he said he required permission from ESSO Corprate office, I called corporate and they said that was a bunch of bull as corporate has no control over the locations video, they should've showed right there & then. I was only able to see the video roughly 5 days later. The video records in 5 second intervals and you can clearly see how close the arm gets to the driver's side while soaping and when it gets to the rear 1/4 it actually came back forward a couple of inches and then continued to go back around, When it came to the rinsing off of the soap, the arm was then about 3 feet away from the complete driver's side of the car. The owners keep insisting g that they didn't cause the damage and refuse to pay or give there insurance info as well, but you can clearly see in the video that the arm was in contact with my car.. Not sure what else I can do but I'll leave it up to the lawyers. AVOID THIS ESSO AT ALL COST !!!!!

Go-To station. Easy access and never busy. Pricing is on par with other stations as all gas stations usually are.
